Orders placed before 8:00 PM will be shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 8:00 PM may still be shipped the same day, but could also go out the next day—we’ll notify you either way.
🚚 Local Delivery (Nouakchott)

Delivery is free for orders placed on the website.

Orders placed on WhatsApp will be charged 100 MRU.

Each neighbourhood has its own delivery rate. Once you place your order, simply send us your location on WhatsApp, and we’ll confirm your exact delivery fee.

Delivery to Nouadhibou is free.

We offer delivery to all other cities in Mauritania. For accurate delivery costs, please contact us via WhatsApp.

Shipping costs will depend on the courier used (commonly referred to as “GP” in Mauritania).
Please note: We are not liable for any lost orders once they are handed over to the courier.
🛍 In-Store Pick-Up for International Customers
If you live abroad and prefer to send someone to pick up your order from our shop and ship it on your behalf, that’s no problem! Just:

We’ll prepare it for pickup so your contact can collect it with ease.
